Kelly Rowe is an independent consulting hydrogeologist, a California-licensed geologist, engineering geologist and hydrogeologist, and also a ASFPM-certified floodplain manager. Kelly has more than 35 years of experience in a wide range of geologic and hydrogeologic investigations including water supply, water quality, environmental and geotechnical projects.  Kelly has participated in the planning, engineering and financing of myriad water resources projects located throughout the southwestern U.S. and overseas.  Kelly has worked and lived in Orange County for 30 years and has a passion for water resources management issues in California.

 

Kelly is currently involved with project management, supervision, and the completion of local, regional and international engineering geology- geotechnical projects and hydrogeologic investigations for water supply, water quality and hazardous waste projects. Kelly's hydrogeologic experience includes aquifer exploration, testing and evaluation, safe yield studies, baseline studies, groundwater hydrology sections for environmental impact reports, preparation of water well plans and specifications, and water well design and construction. These relate to extensive experience on database management and evaluation of soil, surface water and groundwater data; remedial investigations and feasibility studies for site contamination; seawater intrusion studies, field investigations and repair and construction of production wells and injection wells; site investigations for characterizing soil and groundwater contamination; landfill soil and groundwater contamination and remediation studies; environmental impact studies for groundwater resources; geophysical exploration and borehole log interpretation; multi-aquifer groundwater quality exploration, development and management.
